Pawn Shops, Dry Cleaners & the Shoe-Shine

There is an inverse relationship between dry cleaners, pawn shops and the economic health of a community. The greater in number of dry cleaners and the less in number will be pawn shops. The community with dry cleaners out-numbering pawn shops will be economically healthier. This is not a spurious correlation, rather a direct inverse if we use people and their behavior as the common variable.

Check your yellow pages and see whether the pawn shops out-number the dry cleaners and does this argument correspond to the economic view of your town?

Btw, forget about finding a shoe-shine in towns ruled by the pawn shop.

actually here the shoe shine places are in the spots that cause you to need the pawn shops (the casinos) you know the joints that take you to the cleaners LOL

And most folks here wear as much cotton as they can because of the heat. But we do have a sizable number of dry cleaners.
