Sixth Circuit Issues Stay in NSA Case

As we expected,Sixth Circuit has issued a stay in the NSA case. Judge Diggs-Taylor's faulty agenda-driven decision doesn't stand up well with the Sixth Circuit, but I'm really wondering about the Supreme Court. We have four Conservatives but I worry about needing Kennedy as the swing vote.
