Yep, I'm Joe. About as "Joe" as they get.
Small business owner, retired. Hubs not completely retired, yet - he's still working to pay off our debts and mortgage before he retires. But, we will possibly hit the magic number next year. $250K will make us one of the enemy - people who have too much.
Somebody really needs to make us pay - make us share our earnings with people who don't have the ability (or the inclination?  ) to earn as much as we do.

Rush had a woman on the other day that was bonkers over this tax increase of Obama's. She likened it to the government coming to take way one of your good kidneys so that they could give it to someone that didn't take care of their own. I thought the analogy was a good one.

The mainstream media began a frenzied investigation of Joe the Plumber this week. His "high crime" wasn't anything he said. That last charge is actually quite laughable since there are probably millions of people in this country who don't use their first name (including your humble correspondent). Perhaps we should take a trip back in time and impeach President Thomas Woodrow Wilson for ditching his first name....(read the entire post at the link above).... |

my sister goes by her middle name also.
the left has not done themselves a lot of good with their
attack on him... now he's on Huckabee and other Fox
shows. People are getting the message. They didn't really
understand what he was doing with his tax plan until 'Joe'
got in there. He screwed up with his response! yeah!
thx BO!! you're mocking him and investigating him has
outraged small bz owners across the country. that will
cause their spouses, children, siblings, parents to vote
against you.
