Lengthy document but makes for fascinating reading.

Then check out the comments section below and look for the comments by Poe and Hardball1911 concerning the meaning of enemy combatants and the Geneva Convention. Hardball1911 knows his stuff and pretty much decimates Poe's arguments wanting to hold G.W. Bush up for war crimes.
A couple of other comments back up Hardball1911's contentions.
The commenter AFITgrad86 made some good points also.

That was interesting reading.
After reading this, I looked it all up in the Constitution, just as a check.
Wow, New Hampshire would actually be on sound legal grounds here.
