The spot reports for February, 1969, of action related to Kerry's PCF-94 (available here
http://www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/SpotReports_February1969.pdf) describes an action (p. 2) on Feb 13 in which a VC was pursued across the "boarder" and the chase suspended. The report suggests that they "intend [to] run SEAL operation in near future".

Page 1 of the document reports that "M/T [Market Time?] Radiers inserted SEAL teams and provided support...".

It would appear that it is possible for SEAL teams to have been inserted by PCFs.

I tried to access the link and it appears to have been pulled. What's going on?

On page 1, what is a "M/T Raider"? The report shows M/T Raider insertion with extraction by PCF. What's the difference?

On Page 2, "Intend to run Seal operation in near future" does not say that a PCF is going to be the platform to run the operation -- A Seal operation could be supported any number of ways -- probably not by large and noisy PCFs.

Any Seal guys that could shed some light here?
