Lambert.

Who is this guy Lambert who signed and witnessed Thurlow's citation?

I've never heard of this guy. Does anyone know who he is, and where did he got the information that he signed? If he was a witness, wouldn't I have heard his name before? I'm not all-knowing, so I obviously missed something.

Anyone Know anything about this?
