I have heard this twice today by two Kerry officials. Not commentators, but two Kerry officials.

Kerry stands by his testimony to the senate.

He regrets the "language" that he used, and he regrets any "hurt feelings".

But he actually STANDS BY HIS TESTIMONY.

There's a lot of spin there like he's just repeating what he was told, he did it because he loved the vets so much, and that there were atrocities at times throughout the war, weren't there?

BUT THIS BASTARD STILL STANDS BY HIS TESTIMONY.
