In a debate at St. Paul's in the late '50s, he argued that the United States should establish relations with Red China. During his junior year at Yale, he won a speech prize for an oration warning, "It is the specter of Western Imperialism that causes more fear among Africans and Asians than communism, and thus it is self-defeating." And, when he was tapped to deliver a graduation speech in 1966, he used the occasion to condemn U.S. involvement in Vietnam, intoning, "What was an excess of isolationism has become an excess of interventionism."

I take the quote to mean Africans and Asians are better off under communism than being freed by Americans!!

KERRY BASES THIS ON THE CONCEPT THAT THE U.S. / AMERICA IS A IMPERIALIST ACTING COUNTRY.
But under Kerry leadership we would not be Imperialist. He would lead us straight. He would be kind to all nations. He would get along with everyone! Even the COMMUNISTS, why he sided with the VC and now attacks our leader trying to help a people become free.

Kerry believes Bush has evil motives!! Hallaburrton and money!!
Kerry believes he has correct pure motives. America is being mean to others and now we are paying the price by what the Germans and French have demonstrated against us.
KERRY IS GOING TO FIX THIS FOR US!!!!
HELP IS ON THE WAY!

This all makes sense to me because they (many DEMs call this a unjustified, evil, illegal war.

Bush lied to us. as another DEM states. BS.

They the DEMS see our actions a selfish Imperialism

Thats why Kerry was a soldier one moment and a antiwar demonstrator the next.

He is tore between his american heritage and the beliefes that America is a evil Imperialist nation at times.
