I want to let the Swift Boat Vets know they have a great web site, as does the VVAJK.

I beat the draft in'68 by enlisting in the Army for the WO flight program. After flight school I went to the RVN as a helicopter pilot. I spent six months with the 187th AHC and six months with the 190th AHC flying CA's in the UH-1D&H. Spent many years at Ft. Rucker as an Instructor in many different aircraft. I was active component twice, Army Reserve, Ohio NG, contract civilian, and 13 years on AGR tour flying fixed-wing. Retired in 2000 as a CW4. Now I'm flying a Lockheed JetStar II and a Sikorsky S-76B. Life is good.

The last time I voted for a Democrat for President was Jimma Catta (the first time, Reagan the next) and I have regretted that vote for Carter ever since. From what I know of Kerry, he must be defeated this November. I believe as many do that he is unfit for service as CinC. Spread the word.

Welcome aboard, Warrant! Smile

Quite a few of us can remember Carter's "toothless" military and like you, we will not allow that to happen again without putting up one heqq of a fuss!

Thanks for joining us!

I didn't throw any of my medals on the Capital steps, either, only to have them appear later in my office. Oh, those were RIBBONS, these are MEDALS. Talk about political expediancy.

I'm going to check out your web page.

See the Crusaders page. 187th AHC
