Talking about his phone call from Kerry after he made his remarks about bleeding for a PH.

Old Dole is doing great, slammin Kerry right and left. He really pegged the Cleland drama skit today. Really respect Dole, the octogenarian is pulling no punches .

OMG......Dole is very straight faced, slicing Kerry to pieces. Very Happy

He berated Kerry, in his phone call, and just now on the show, that talking about being a hero is in bad form. Confused

Also mentioned that not one piece of legislation has Kerry's name on it.

Now.....Dole is speaking up about National Guard service being very honorable.

Boy......Joe is asking wonderful leading questions for Senator Dole. Gosh, I think I'll stay up and watch this one again just for the "feel good factor"!

Thank you Senator Dole for being so straight forward......said he didn't want to give Kerry any advice because he, Kerry, wouldn't take it anyway. Hahaha.

I agree - nice to see some punches going out for us! However, I would advise not sticking around for Bob Kerrey --- he just doesn't want VietNam spoken about - "get over it" --- blah - blah.

I wonder if Kerrey told Kerry to get over Nam. You would think that Kerry would have asked Kerrey for advice on this matter. If Kerrey did advise Kerry and Kerry took that advice, then, given the nauseating acceptance speech, Kerrey would be a hypocrite for telling the swifties to get over it.

Yeah, Kerrey said it was "Bad for the United States to bring up Nam again", blah blah blah"..... If this issue were about an opponent of his, he'd be all over it. He meant it is bad for his good friend, Candy Boy Kerry.

He's so wrong; what the Swifties are saying is what should have been said a long time ago; the truth needs to come out, we need to be proud of our vets, and our good country's name needs to be respected again.

He thought it was par for the course I imagine. You scratch a democrat, you find a phoney. I don't care which one it is, the ones who can't swallow it, switch parties. The ones who can, lose respectability among the respectable. Their choice. sad

It sounds like the media is turning against Kerry en-masse, in which case, the end is near. They smell blood now, and they don't want to be on the losing side, or they'll look stupid. Stand by for a Kerry "apology", a real tear-jerker, I'd bet. That's about all they have left. Very Happy
