The Swift Boat vets have handled the personal attacks on them very well even in the hostile environment of the MSM. In every case they appear in person to answer all criticism (unlike Kerry who always works thru surrogates).
This will come thru to the American voter, this lack of fear on the part of the Swift Boat veterans.
They are the ones that have turned their boat "into the fire", all the time knowing they would be attacked on their flanks by the hyenas in the media and the left trying to bring them down. But like a lion being harassed, each time a Swift Boat veteran focuses any attention on these jackals they run with their tails between their legs. The Swift Boat veterans have called on Kerry to "Bring it On", not by saying the words but by standing in front of him and the world and calling for the truth.
I think something from Shakespeare is fitting here:
