Call for probe of Kerry's medals
Judicial Watch seeks investigation into candidate's awards, anti-war actions

"The organization petitioned both the U.S. Navy and the Defense Department. Part of the action included a request the government investigate Kerry's meeting with North Vietnamese and Viet Cong delegations in Paris while a member of the Naval Reserve."

Now you're talking. "Bring It On."

Along the same idea the US should prosecute Kerry for the war crimes he testified to committing and the ones he witnessed that he did not stop or protest. Better yet, turn him over to his beloved World Court.

Hi Mattm:

Very good! My first impulse was to second it, but on second thought, I'd hate to let the creep serve to set the bad precedent.

So I vote for your first suggestion, a possible sentence to Leavenworth (even if commuted) and a p*ss on his "beloved world court" by the action. How's that sound?

To be honest, I'd forgotten, or rather hadn't thought, about his reserve status and was thinking more in terms of his early release being an end to his obligation until I read this.

Col. Oliver North made this same premise tonight on Hannity and Colmes on Fox. His premise was that if Kerry had seen atrocities and war crimes that he testified to in 1971, that as an officer, he had the obligation to report them and if he didn't he should be prosecuted as a war criminal! Bob Beckel, another democractic hack for Kerry, said that the 450 or so on this site are liars. Kerry now has veterans at each others throat. God forbid he becomes president and terrorists hit us again- the morale of new troops to fight for this country will be diminished. But then all veterans have fought the fight and then are questioned by those who send us.
