Desperately seeking a drawn to approximate scale map of the Bay Hap river at the site of the Rassmann rescue, which occurred just below the Dong Cung canal.
This would be very helpful to e-mail to the various MSM and cable guys, especially Bill O'Reilly who might be persuaded to see things in a different light on this issue. |

They came into the river, out of that 'vertical' canal on the map. I think it's about 2 mi toward the mouth, correct? And there is a noticeable bend in the river. So maybe it was more than two miles before they hit the net and poles in the water. Cause Rassman says Kerry continued around the bend and "out of sight". The map does show those poles all along the way. So there's no way to tell from that. They seem to be everywhere. But it is an official map by the DOD, and from the early 70s. So that's good. Very detailed. |
