I haven't seen this posted yet. Tommy Franks was interviewed after his speech at the convention on PBS. Mark Shields questioned him about the Swift Boat controversy and he said he believes the Swifties! Shields face about crumbled. He said, "But Kerry volunteered twice, how could you...?" Franks said he respected Kerry's service, but he believes the Swifties!
