This morning, E D Hill says 'we all know Kerry asked for a deferment and was turned down.... ' -

This was her response to Kerry trying to slam Cheney at his pit stop speech last night... Pat Buchanan was their guest to review the RNC convention.
I have emailed her for source of deferment.

I missed that E D Hill comment, but thought Pat was very positive predicting at least a 7 point bounce.

IMHO the bounce will be double digits.

Thought the RNC was strong throughout. too bad so much news breaking this a.m. in Russia and that storm heading into FLA.

SBVT v Kerry debate on the back burner.

Webtalk,

I have confidence in the SBVT. We won't be on the back burner for long. I am also glad that the Russians had the cajones to deal with the terrorists like the deserved. It reinforces the point that we have been making all along if you think about it a moment.

The ?press? can only use the code word "militant"

the words "islamic terrorist" can not be used

the fact they are killing "children" and they are

"islamic" and the kids are not even in the "chech/in/u/a " area

does not even get a word, as they know but for the price of

a plane ticket, there goes one of OUR SCHOOLS.

but then this "leader Kerry" he would strike back,

and most likley "in the back"

he's probably making his spit ball supply as he flies around the country lying to everyone....

you know, he flip flopped from the east coast to the west after his convention... well, at least to nevada where he told the senior citizens a different version regarding what he'd do about bush's prescrip drug bill .... than he told the people in NH....

he's hopeless.... you'd think he'd at least hire a lie butler.... to keep track of them for him....

You know, wouldn't it be hilarious if protesters showed up at every Kerry rally with straws and strips of moistened straw covers? Wink

While the terrorist attack on the Russian school might be a distraction from the RNC and the SBVT message, it does point up a contrast.

In 1971, Kerry was meeting with Communists, and slandering American soldiers in Vietnam who were fighting Communists whose weapons were provided by Russians. Thanks to President Ronald Reagan, who stood up to the Communists, we now see Russian soldiers carrying wounded children out of a school in their own country, instead of taking over other countries. If Kerry had had his way instead of Reagan, what would Russian soldiers be doing right now?

Food for thought!

I think what would be even more effective would be for protestors to show up with signs that have an enlarged picture of the front of Kerry's "The New Soldier" book.

When Kerry gets all "patriotic" for the camera, saluting the flag and all, simply visibly remind him of his komrades who thought it proper to fly Old Glory upside-down, with Kerry's name on the front of the book.

How about a new Swiftie ad with that cover in full screen, with Kerry's name glowing and pulsating?

It appears Sen. Kerry also got a 6 month deferment at the time of enlistment, probably to complete/graduate college.

He may have just gone in on a "delayed enlistment" program. I did that in 72 when I signed up in March and didn't have to report until June. Of course I was still in high school until June, but I think the program was open to everyone. It may not have been a "deferment", so be careful there.

And they continue to question if Al Qaeda is involved "with the militants" in Russia, and saying Putin is "trying to push that idea" - however, after the theater takeover I found on the net on Jihadi websites pre-arranged videos of the terrorists planning for their Jihad in the theater, a la Hamas-type videos & rhetoric... and have seen sites about the Chechen front involving the call to the Jihadis to join in that battle -- it's just considered another "front" for UBL (his pics are all over the site, along with graphics of dripping blood). Some of what they are doing can be considered "practice" for what they want to do over here. This is damn serious stuff. I cannot imagine how Kerry would handle such a situation ... he might go windsurfing to think about it, or perhaps set up a meeting with the terrorists and the UN to discuss what they want so he can make them happy and "let's all get along, okay?"

Man, the MSM keeps piling on.

Now they put Clinton in the Hospital for open heart surgery (what if they don't find one. LOL!)
They'll stop at nothing to take away from reporting on the hugely successful RNC and the SBVT who organized it. [/sarchasm]
