Forget the petition at the link below; sue the U. S. Government for failing to enforce the law, specifically the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3. Other lawsuits exist where the people are in litigation against the U. S. Government for failing to enforce its own laws! Go ahead and put Kerry in office; he will be found in violation of the law and no impeachment process is required (which would require 60 votes in the Senate and never happen). The election of Kerry would be null and void per the 14th Amendment, Section 3. Here's one that would probably go to the Supreme Court real fast!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Thus, in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," We, the People of these United States, believe John F. Kerry is unfit for public office."

"It is for this reason -- for his record of giving aid and comfort to the enemy while a member of the U.S. Armed Forces in violation of this oath -- that Senator Kerry should be prosecuted and disqualified for national office."

If a lawsuit like this were filed now, it would force the issue to the Supreme Court before the election! Kerry would be barred based on His own words, reference his activities in Paris!

Go to your search engine and look for lawsuits v. the government in the area of environmental law! The tree huggers love these lawsuits!

Here is a recent example of the People v. the Government:
