He's hammering it as well as the media bias that implies that Bush is stonewalling. Excellent.

Has Bush actually signed the 180? Rush is saying so but I have seen other comments that neither had signed it yet (some one this site).

Though I do remember Bush saying at one time to release it all I thought it was some other way other then the 180.

I have noticed in the past that for simplicity of discussion, many have referred to Bush having signed form 180. Kerry would have to sign this form in order to authorize release of his military records, and he has yet to do this. Bush on the other hand reportedly went well beyond that by issuing, as commander in chief, a presidential order to release his military records as well as his medical and dental records.

Kerry will not sign the SF180. If he does the truth comes out. He can't have that happen not unless its after the election.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think an Executive Order was used instead of an SF-180 because the 180 would/could potentially release documents relating to the Presidency (as the CinC *is* a military positions). I've not read the text of the EO, so I'm not sure what the language in it is.

Has anyone got the number or link to the EO?
