The Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations has established the UUA Gulf Coat Relief Fund to assit in the recovery from Hurricane Katrina. All funds received will be distributed under the auspices of the Southwest and Mid-South Districts and will be used entirely for hurricane relief.

Wanted: Steward, Fulghum House

The BUUF needs a volunteer to serve as a steward for the Fulghum House, so that people who use the house (primarily the non-profit Playhouse) have a contact about concerns regarding the maintenance of the building and a go-between with the BUUF Board.  Contact Terry Taylor at 264-4109

 

Chalice Lighters

A Chalice Lighter is a person, a couple, or even a group of people who pledges to respond with a contribution when the call comes that it's time to light a chalice within the Thomas Jefferson District.
