Dems are worried here in New Mexico. They have filed suit to keep Nader off the ballot. Then I was polled twice today by two different telephone polls.

The other word to note is "required". It could still be treated by a doctor and still not have been serious enough to require a a doctor. The mediacal records would clear that up.

Have some kids working on a research paper that will point out "in Kerry's own words"
