If the code of military jusitice does apply to the president. Is there a statute of limitations on treason? If there is not limitations, Kerry can be impeached on the basis that he aided and abeted the northa vietnamese when he met with them in Paris.

UCMJ does not apply to CinC. UCMJ only allpies to military.
Your second point, should not be necessary as he will go down, then its our turn,

What kind of defeatist would refer to the VC Collaborator with the title President? Don't even think about the implications.
