On Zogby website he is saying:
Colorado and Virgina are going to be "surprises" and and showing 252 v 252 with Colorado going to Kerry saying Penn and VA will decide election.
He's giving Bush Florida & Ohio and saying it all comes down to Penn / VA.
Do you think this is based on exit polling? Is CO going Kerry, VA / Penn going to decide election.
Could Bush still lose even IF he wins OH and FL?
see his website at www.zogby.com
Also at Intrade a bet for Bush is at 57% Kerry 43% , I assume the handicaps. Interesting to see where the money is betting. The site seems down now. |

VIRGINIA for KERRY?
Just incredible! I have to wait in line 1:45 minutes to vote and it’s normally a walk right proposition. I live in Northern Virginia which is typically votes for the Democrats. Judging from the Bush vs. Kerry sample ballots, a ratio of 8:2 in favor of the President, I think we’re headed to a landslide in Virginia. I also got a haircut and all four males in the chairs were voting for Bush. I got to listen to a full Kerry bashing, including from one of the Vietnamese barbers . I am feeling good! |

Didn't Zogby have the worst record in tracking state races in the last election? His polls have been all over the place and I don't find him credible. I believe Zogby is the only pollster showing Kerry leading in CO and Bush has been leading in NM for a while now which Zogby is calling a blue state.I expect Bush to win but not due to anything Zogby says. |

Zogby has been the ONLY poller showing Colorado in play recently.
On RealClearPolitics.com they have, for Colorado:
SUSA 10/30-11/1: Bush 50-47
Zogby 10/29-11/1 Bush 49-47
Mason-Dixon 10/27-10/29 Bush 50-43
Rocky Mn News 10/25-27 Bush 50-42
Average Bush +5.2.
Both Rasmussen and RCP have Colorado Leaning Bush.
Virginia:
SUSA 10/27-29 Bush 51-47
Times Dispatch 10/20-26 Bush 49-40 _________________ The traitor will crater! |

I live in Northern Virginia and voted this morning at 10:00 am. There was a decent line. I really don't think Kerry can take this state. It has been trending conservative for several years. We had a Democratic controlled state legislature for the last 100 years until a few elections cycles back. The Republicans took over and have been gaining seats ever since.
I will be shocked if VA goes to Kerry. |

Moveon has a 'kiosk" set up outside any voting place I've seen or heard of.
They are asking voters on exit about political registration, and checking off names from their "list".
Near the end of the day, they apparently intend to go door-to-door in search of names they haven't checked off.
I was talking to a friend outside after I voted here in Colorado (Louisville -- 4 miles east of Boulder). They showed moderate interest in me until they saw the SINK KERRY SWIFTLY sticker just above the "Honorably Discharged Veteran" plates.
