The cartoonist Pat Oliphant is one whom I have admired over the years, especially for his draftsmanship, and not at all for his politics.
His cartoon for the November 1 papers is here:

Underneath this cartoon is a little calendar. Click on November 4 for his post-election piece. It is a real keeper.

Seems to me that some enterprizing and gifted cartoonist could work the Red State/Blue State map into a picture of a giant political "wedgie" perpetrated upon the liberals by the conservatives. Just an idea--probably not a good one

Let the truth be known. I'm with you guys and Kerry insulted all of us with his anti-war activities. Let's hold him accountable. |

Oliphants cartoon reflects the attitude that most Liberals have toward us, especially those who served in the military. It shouldn't suprise anyone
The Democratic Party used to be a party of the people. Now its the party of the intellectual elitist and the petti bourgeoisie, the pretender and the wannabe. _________________ Hey swifty, I'm with you, Just watch you don't get "Kerry'd away in the propwash
