If John Kerry refuses to file his law suit against the Swiftvets should the Swiftvets not file their own lawsuit. After all the have been called liars by Kerry himself now. You know why John Kerry announced he may file a suit. In 2008 if he desides to run again he can say he was going to sue those bums but I decided against it. I was compassionate towards them even though they did not deserve it with their lies againse me. But if the Swiftvets demand this suit being filed then through discovery he would have to release his Military Records and his FBI files. We all know that the threat of a lawsuit was nothing but smoke screen.
