Associated Pres/Netscape is quoting that Kerrry is keeping most of $15M left in his campaign funds. --It must be nice to just keep money that hard working people have donated.

If this is leftover money from Federal Campaign Funds it belongs to the people and any unused potions should be returned to the US Treasury. It was not meant that a candidate should turn a profit a public expense. Could be pretty embarassing in the next election.

He should have to turn it over to the DNC but it looks like he intends to keep it.

Since Theresa was such an ASSet in this campaign; he may be using this to get free of her.
