They know the American people are HOT and going to DEMAND answers.
The 11th Circuit is now trying to do damage control (their own)!
That tube should be reinstated NOW, not later.
Ok, its something, but we should still demand congress do those hearings and reign in that damned judiciary.
I won't be happy until I hear that Terri is out of danger.
Prayers for Terri.

Oh my gosh! I just woke up and as I do every morning, I came
directly here. I keep pinching myself, IS THIS FOR REAL?? I'm only
half awake, keep thinking I'm still dreaming.
Please God, don't let it be too late. _________________ “I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. ‘Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death.” (Thomas Paine, 1776) |

OK, I just got my cup of coffee, and cleared my head a little bit. I agree
with Lew Waters, being served with papers re an ADA discrimination
suit probably got the judges' attention. But is this agreement to
entertain the petition just a CYA effort on their part.
Quote: | The vote was 2-1 the first time and unanimous the second time. The same judges heard the case each time.
Gibbs then had asked for an expedited rehearing from the full court's 12 judges; that effort was rejected by a 10-2 vote. The latest petition requested that the motion be heard en banc, or by all 12 judges on the court. |
The last en banc decision was 10-2. Do I dare to hope that 4 more judges
will change their mind, considering the ARROGANT #$@&^%$# that they
are?? I keep telling myself that MIRACLES do happen.

Where is that comment coming from? I am amazed that you would post that here. |

I heard a lawyer on TV state that this new grant by the 11th circuit is only doing this because the "11th circuit would do this for any criminal."
But, gee, wouldn't they demand that that "criminal" would be fed and hydrated while all of this is pending???
Where is the order to put in the feeding tube!!

One more thought:
If they did order the tube reinserted, and the worst happens, I hope the parents continue the battle in court.
They will be able to get access to documents that Greer "sealed." A jury will find that the Greer was wrong, no doubt.
Then the parents can sue Greer for murder (wrongful death) among other things.
Sue the pants off of them.

What are doctors saying about her chance at life if the tube is inserted at this point? Can she recover? |
