Omeed Aziz POPAL, 29, a native of Afghanistan, (also known as Omeed K AZIZ, Omeld K AZIZ, Ohmeed Aziz POPAL , i.e.,at least two Arabic aliases) recently returned from a trip to Afghanistan after receiving some type of orthodox indoctrination while in Afghanistan. He then kills at least 1 and injures 14 others then declares to police that he is a terrorist.
How can the police possible make the statement that this was not terrorism?

Sorry, but I like the idea of not calling him a terrorist. Instead of getting a sweet deal in Cuba, this little cuddly boy will get to meet Bubba in state prison.
That's not to say we shouldn't look at the issues of how he got back in the country after taking the courses. Once left, he should have never been allowed to return.

The Gay Cops in San Fran have listed him as a Freedom Fighter with his weapon of choice a two ton automobile instead of the standard Terrorist issue AK-47.
