This WNBC Note
is food or drink for thought....
Quote: | NEW MILFORD, Conn. -- Police were trying to determine who tossed a beer keg into an open fire at an outdoor party early Sunday, causing an explosion that sent shards of shrapnel slicing through a crowd of partygoers, killing one.
The explosion, which could be heard miles away, killed Sean M. Caselli, 22, of New Milford. Police said seven other people were taken to New Milford and Danbury hospitals. |
Quote: | Caselli, who lived with his family about a mile away from where the party was being held, died after being struck by a piece of flying metal in the neck, police said.

This should be filed with the Turkey hot oil frying. A number of people have been killed and houses burnt down just having a good time.
I would not have realized this degree of force. |

Also with those who try to make their own wine and have never heard of fermentation. Here in San Diego a guy blew up his basement when he corked a newly made batch of wine.

I knew some engineers in Reno that took the potato gun up a notch to a cabbage gun with an eight foot long piece of eight inch pipe with compressed propane bottles to fuel it. They used it at night out at the Black Rock Desert North of Reno. When the propane bottles got low, they used them for target practice. I saw awesome pictures, but was never brave enough (or stupid enough) to see it in person. _________________ I was going to become an anarchist, but they had too many rules. |

Old deer stand say 15' high.
40to60 lbs of outside cooker brickets 'good brand"
some of the store bought "nito methene" for miniture race cars or airplanes say 6 to 10 gals.
two 5 gal. jugs of liq. Ox
soak the brickets with the nito methene
stack this on the floor of the deer stand
make the floor and walls up to around 8" air and liq. tight
use a long, long string to open or pour the liq Ox onto this pile
use an even longer method to put the "fire in the hole"
use an instant camera to get the very fast reaction as the mess burns
its way underground.
stand way back and some one photo the newbys as they see it for the first time.......................................................................................... _________________ A good beed counts for something |

This sounds like an Intercontinental Ballistic deer stand. I would like to see it.
This is a perfect example of how the Liberal Northeast and its endless laws against any kind of good fun has caused its oppressed
fun seekers to throw beer kegs into fires.
There isn't a law against it here yet.
Got to move to Texas. |

I think in most states that rightly would be covered under negligent homicide or similar statue.
It's unfortunate that it didn't qualifiy the perpetrator for the Darwin Award. _________________ A Grunt
