The House Energy Sub-Committee is preparing to hear testimony from Gore, and the minority is already raising hell on Gore's failure to submit his testimony in accordance with committee rules.

Gore's Senate testimony is scheduled for 2:30 this afternoon, also viewable on C-SPAN3
