I think the key here is, were they successful in striking her words from the record or not? I have been unable to find out what the outcome after the suspension was.

The brave lady is Rep. Jean Schmidt of Ohio (R).
She is a 2nd term Congresswoman and I hope that we hear more of her in the future. She sure doessn't shirk from confronting issues that are sensitive to Liberals. I don't think I've ever heard liberals so irate before.

If memory serves, she was required to apologize for the remarks and they were stricken from the House records.
