Moore has been using Michael Yon's copywrited material on Moore's website without permission. In May 2008, Michael Yon contacted Moore, through his counsel, about Moore’s unauthorized use of Yon's work on his website. He did not respond. Yon's attorney has written again. If Moore and his counsel continue to ignore Yon's correspondence, he will proceed with a lawsuit...what would you do?

I would heed many of the excellent suggestions following Yon's article.

They seem quicker, more effective, don't involve lawyers and most important, don't feed Michael Moore's massive ego.

I am trying to be more positive in 2009, and want to say something nice about things that come out of Michigan. Let's see...Jennifer Granholm, Michael Moore, the Detroit Lions, Detroit, Big 3 bailouts...

Have you ever had any of those delicious cherries from Michigan?

Just in case you aren't aware of why Yon is considering suing "schlockumentarian Michael Moore", it is over Moore's misuse of Yon's award-winning photo and Moore's not-so-veiled attempt to portray it as the result of American action, not what it actually was, the cowardly act of Islamofascist terrorists who intentionally set off their explosives to kill children. I'm sure you all have seen the photo.
