It could be that Hurley was never in Vietnam either and is lying just like Hubbard.

Kerry does not provide a single eyewitness to the accounts of 13 Mar 1969.

In Brinkley’s book, Kerry is “bleeding all over the deck” according to Sandusky.

WHY DOESN’T ANYONE INTERVIEW ANY OF THE EYEWITNESSES WHO ALLEGEDLY DO NOT SUPPORT THE SWIFTIES?

WHY IS THE WORD OF HURLEY, WHO WAS NOT THERE, TAKEN FOR GOSPEL?

HURLEY KEEPS SAYING THAT KEERY DID NOT WRITE THE AFTER ACTION REPORTS FOR 13 MAR 1969 BUT KERRY’S OWN WEBSITE SAY THAT THEY ARE “JOHN KERRY’S AFTER-ACTION REPORTS.”

That damned Hurley is always talking about the “official” Navy reports and the “official” Navy citations.

THOSE SAME CITATIONS HAVE KERRY BLEEDING WHILE THE SPOT REPORT HAS HIM WITH A MINOR BRUISE ON 13 MAR 1969. THE OFFICIAL REPORTS ARE AT LEAST PARTIALLY IMPEACHED.

THE OFFICIAL REPORTS ARE ALSO IMPEACHED WITH THE RESPECT TO THE SAM PAN INCIDENT IN WHICH A CHILD BECAME A VIETCONG CIA AND ANOTHER BECAME A VC KIA.

Also note that Hurley like Kerry claimed war crimes and atrocites happened. This was PULLED from tour of duty as it was shown hurley could not back up his claims!

Of course in true Kerry fashion he claimed Brinkley misquoted him.....

THERE WAS MUCH MADE OF THAT "WITNESS" ACCOUNT OF RICHARD LAMBERT FOR 13 MAR 1969, BUT THE ACCOUNT PUBLISHED BY cORN WAS NOT SIGNED BY LAMBERT.

Elliott signed it Elliott wrote it.

This suggest that it is very possible that Elliott wrote this down based on what he had from someone else- most likely Kerry.

Has Lambert said anything himself?

If the mainstream media and of 1971 would have applied the same approach that today's media is employing - Kerry and the Vietnam Veterans Against the War wouldn't have stood a snowball's chance and would have never been granted a hearing before Congress!
