| While doing some cursory surveillance at a liberal website, I came across a link to a letter reportedly sent by democrats to the press. It basically went through the same ol' stuff about that flyer in Florida, stupid conspiracy about Karl Rove, blah blah. But also, it also tried to link the SVT to George Bush because there was a link in the Minnesota republican page to this page. So when is it okay to conclude conspiracy based on a link? |

Kate, I was already aware of the flyer incident. The democrats arre now trying to continue their asinine theory about the swiftvet/Bush stuff again by saying that some state republican websites are now linking to you. I thought it was stupid, but anway, here is the link of the press release to the newswire if anybody is interested.

It's bollocks. I wouldn't worry. After all a lot of us have done research and left links to the Kerryedwards site. Does that mean we are in collusion with Kerry/Edwards?

sorry I missed that in your post. I browsed the Minn Repub site just for the heck of it - lots of other links but nothing on swiftees. wouldnt be a surprised if the dems are checking every repub web site in every state/county.

That's not avery good battle for them to get into. My thoughts are that this is more a PR ploy. No self-respecting journalist has any confusion as to how more closely tied move.org and ACT and PAW are the DNC.
It could also be an effort to keep their own people pumped and ready to fight. "Don't lose faith! Remember how much you hate George Bush!" That sort of thing.
