My husband was a Vietnam Vet, he doesn't remember 'swift boats" only "PBR" boats (patroll boat river) . Are they the same? |

I wasn't Navy and until signing on here, didn't realize they were different either. My understanding is the Swifts were a larger boat than the PBRs. I'll let the Navy guys come in and explain the rest.
