Thank you Swift Vets for Truth. It has really bothered me that Kerry was getting a free pass on his assult on our armed forces, your group is clearly doing what the mainstream press should be doing. For months the President has been under assult from far left 527s groups and the entertainment industry with attacks that are either distortions of the truth (i.e. claiming Bush's banned stem cell research) to downright lies (i.e. claiming Bush fabricated Iraq's WMD threat even though the world community long said he had them). With millions being poured into MoveOn, The Media Fund and other groups from the likes of people like George Soros, why does the media suddenly have a problem with *this* 527 group? Could it be any more obvious that the media has taken sides in the presidental campaign?

It bugged me that Bush rarely (if ever) directly challenges the attacks made in the his year long onslaught of 527 attacks. I kept wishing he's stop it with that "turn the other cheek" attitude of his! What Kerry's doing is even worse! Kerry is fighting against the statements of the sole significant 527 group against him, but he's doing so like a child. Instead of challenging the claims of the vets he hides from the accusations and instead runs to his lawyer buddies and his buddies in the mainstream press to smear and slander those who attack him. Instead of trying to discredit the Swift Vet's statements with facts to prove otherwise, he runs around ranting about everything else.

I also notice that the minute questions are raised on his service in Vietnam Kerry immediately begins demanding we talk about current events! That's an outrageous statement made by a man who's entire presidental campaign is based on nothing more than his service in Vietnam and brewing hatred against his opponent. I would *LOVE* to see Kerry talk about current issues - Let's see him explain his flip-flops on Iraq! Let's see him try to justify why all of his means of fixing an economy that's not broke is to implement Marxist socialist policies! Let's see him explain how the best way to improve our radically expensive education system is to make it even more expensive by coddling the unions! Kerry has nowhere to hide - his domestic ideas and recent history are a joke, and now his "heroic" past is being challenged. Is he seriously the best person the Democrat Party had to offer?

Kerry, I believe you once said "Bring it on!" well here it is so get out from under your bed, stop sucking your thumb, and prove this group wrong...if you can. Honestly Johnny, if you can't take a little criticism how are you going to behave if you are the President and something horrible like 9/11 happens?
