Did Bush pick up 3.3% in a little over an hour?

And what is the margin of error for these figures out to four decimal places? Methinks we can round off the last three figures, at least!

I don't get it. All I see is one picture and a link to that same picture with a link to Fox news.

Whatever Dilby.com is, it sure doesn't look professional and seems a waste of webspace.

What's the deal? Maybe I'm missing something here, but I just don't understand why someone would build a webspace just to link to Fox news.
