| Excellent! Spin him up some more, he's killing himself now. There are a LOT of NG people in this country, and they meet and talk somewhere every weekend. Kerry's stupid to make such a statement. |

Thats just one of many reasons.
In a speech today, Kerry was saying how he would double the troop levels and increase batallions and such, but never explains how. The only way I could see is to go back to a draft, something the nation doesn't want.

If you take him at his word in adding 40,000 to the Special Forces, that means htey have to be replaced, and then addd in 100,000 additional for support services.
His communist language of 200,000 "citizen soldiers", is also disturbing as they could easily be rolled over to reserves, then activated.
Considering losses to those not enlisting, or re-enlisting i get a number of over a million needed just to suit his agenda.
Also, have to remember he will replace Rumsfeld, who is against a large military manpower scenario, with someone that wants many more troops. kerry and Hilary have been crying for many more troops for a couple years now.
You are gonna just love the poetic justice in this....
