Kerry should have made this go away 15 years ago. It would have been so simple to make an apology - even if he didn't really believe it. Oh, what a man can bring on himself. |

In 1996, Adm. Boorda committed suicide after he was accused of wearing medals he hadn't earned.
At the time, Sen. Kerry told the Boston Herald that the error was "sufficient to question his leadership position."
"If you wind up being less than what you're pretending to be, there is a major confrontation with value, self-esteem and your sense of how others view you," Kerry told the Boston Globe

It's seriously amazing what people will do to bring others down to their level of misery. _________________ Orolonn |

now that the self-esteem is gone, the sense of how others view him will be a real eye opener in november.
just got back from vacation in caribean and seen no support there from any other people vacationing. a good sign that i didn't have one confrontation, everyone i spoke to hated kerry. i for one wouldn't lose any sleep if he followed adm. boorda's footsteps. he's more than halfway there now. |
