I would like to know if President Bush has signed a form 180 to release all his records? I heard on radio show that he had, but I don't believe that he has. Anyone know who can provide this information? If not - why wouldn't he as this would clear up much of the questions (just as Kerry should release his to clear up) Thank you

I am probably not qualified to answer this, and I'm definitely not an expert, but my understanding is that since he is President, it is different. He has ordered the Pentagon to release ALL records, which is equivalent to signing a FORM 180. In other words, there is not the necessity to sign the 180, because he has essentially already done it in ordering the Pentagon to release all records. If I'm slightly off on this, please feel free to correct me.

I am not an expert either...but it is my understand that President Bush signed a Presidential Order which also included dental and medical records...John Kerry only has released the documents he wanted released and refused to sign a 180!

This seems to be a tough question. Hannity said a few days ago that Bush had signed. We had a big thread a couple of weeks ago but there was no real proof that he had or hadn't. I know that he did release his medical records (but the media was not allowed to copy them). You might hunt up that big thread I mentioned.
