Can anyone tell me where I can find out if this is true or not
From Detroit News - Feb 02, 1971
Quote: | George Smith, of Cumberland, W Va., said he was captured Nov. 23, 1963, when his Special forces camp was overrun 30 miles from Saigon. |
I need to know if he was a real POW. _________________ Remember United Flight 93, "Are you guys ready? Let's roll."

Stevie
It would be very difficult without more info, because it is such a common name.
I looked for about 6 years for an old army friend, but finally found him.
I looked in white pages, there were 46 of Larry Youngs and you don't even know if he is unlisted or not.
You really need more info to have a good shot at it. _________________ MACV '64...65
