Heh, the leftists are losing their minds..

Quote:
The Democratic National Committee (news - web sites) said releasing the documents on a Friday evening indicated Bush had something to hide.

"If the president was truly proud of his service he wouldn't be releasing these documents on a Friday night," DNC chairman Terry McAuliffe said in a statement. "These documents demonstrate yet again that George Bush (news - web sites) was a fortunate son who received special consideration unavailable to the average American."

What a moron.

I friggin' swear, you just cannot win with them. Bush is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't.

Forged documents which appear on the surface to reflect badly on Bush, and the Democrats scream "See! Bush is bad! He didn't do his duty!"

Authenticated documents appear which praise Bush, and Democrats scream "See! Proof that he received preferential treatment!"

The DNC complaining about a Friday Night release. They should know about things like this since that is when they release things they want no one to read. They are expert at it.
These documents support Bush when he says he served in the Air Force and TANG. He was assigned to the Air Force when he was taking his flight training. The more the DNC opens its mouth the more trouble they get into.

At this point I honestly don't see how in the world Kerry could possibly win the election. I could be wrong, and God help us if Kerry does win. But I really think Bush is gonna stomp his ass this November.

Well, they had until Monday to deliver them. I figure that there
would be complaints if they delivered them on Saturday. Or Sunday. Or Monday. Or Tuesday. Or Wednesday. Or Thursday. Or Friday. Oh, wait, we already did that one.

I sure hope Kerry does not win and don't think he will. Living in Mass I have seen what Kerry will do to win and that is anything. It could get real dirty the last couple of weeks.

A Quote from the AP article about the letter sent by Bush (41)

The letter went on to say that young Bush, on his first trip back home, was full of enthusiasm and kept the family up talking about his first instructor, Sgt. Henry Onacki, who had impressed Bush with his love of country and dedication to the Air Force.

"In this day and age when it has become a little bit fashionable to be critical of the military, I was delighted to see him return to our house with a real pride in the service and with a great respect for the leaders that he had encountered at Lackland."

Well JEEZ.... No wonder the Democrats hate this guy. He sounds like an All American.

Gee a proud father writting to thank a traning officer for looking out for his son and commenting on how the son could not stop talking about one his trainers who was installing Honor, Courage, and Country in him.
I can understand the DNC not undrstanding a concept like that. Honor,Courage, and Country is foreign to them.

Here's one to contemplate: A complete "180" from Kerry's position (double entendre intentional)

Quote:
"In this day and age when it has become a little bit fashionable to be critical of the military, I was delighted to see him return to our house with a real pride in the service and with a great respect for the leaders that he had encountered at Lackland." George Herbert Walker Bush

Sure, its daddy's pride but there is the core of it - pride in nation, pride in SERVICE.

The dems effort to discredit Bush's NG service is backfiring on them big time. The more docs the Pentagon releases, the better Bush looks, and after Staudt came out and said that Bush got no preferential treatment, and he would be the one to know, and also that there was no waiting list to get in the TANG, all the lies of SeeBS and Terry McAwful and Komrade Kerry have been exposed. But one good thing about continually bringing up Bush's NG - they keep showing all the pix of him in the guard. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
