Just a creative thought...what if someone (group?) filed a legal brief with an appropriate international entity (War Crimes Tribunal?) charging the USA with war crimes based upon Kerry's '71 testimony? The anouncement alone would alert "undecideds" to the Kerry anti-american history and a whole discussion could ensue about what concessions Kerry would have to make regarding our soverignty if he were elected to get ouit of this embarassment. |

Dang lftrn97, that's so crafty that its scary. It could actually work. I only have two initial problems with it.
1. It may be too slow. Iternational law makes US torts look like top fuel dragsters in speed comparisons. (That is my opinion - anecdotal evidence only so far - Nazis, Milosovitch for example)
2. It may yield to the law of unintended consequences and actually grow legs and hurt our country. We have a lot of folks around the world that really don't like us very much.
I'm just thinking that when we circle the wagons, it might be safer to point the guns towards the outside of the circle...
I've got to give you credit though, I'd think you could play a wicked game of chess...moves that that one are hard to find...and sometimes they win the game! |

Unfortunately, this would only fuel the flames of anti-Americanism around the world and give credence to the slander and lies that John Kerry told. The rule of unintended consequences would apply here.
The last thing the United States needs is having EuroTrash taking “Kerry war crimes” and expanding it to a full investigation of U.S. war crimes in Vietnam. Hell, the anti-Americans might call John Kerry as their key witness. He would become an even bigger hero in France and Germany. It is hard to get guys like Kerry but the Swift Boat Vets seem to be getting the job done. |

If Fibber McKerry does get elected he will be the second Democratic
President in a row to be impeached. Those in Congress who cannot
do anything against Kerry now would start the process to bring him
down. They have been quiet because any action on their part
would be pointed out as partisan and secretly backed by Bush.
That is why the credible attacks by the Swiftvets and others unrelated
to the Republicans are so critical as this juncture. |

It's already been done. Hanoi touted and still does tout the "war crimes" admitted by the VVAW. Of course, it's repeated by the communists and other terrorists around the world as fact to this day.
All thanks to J. Fraud Kerry. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."
well, when even the DNC can see it,,,,, then kerry is toast. |
