Hello,

This may not seem like a proper response but to some it will.

Do you know the way to San Jose.

It is a job for DHS.

As an IT professional I would have to say this is a very big thing. Depending on just what was on those laptops, as far as data is concerned, would make it bad enough. But there is also a very good possibility that network connections with password information were on them also. Now I have to believe that they did the right thing at the RNC and immediately changed the passwords on those user accounts, because they would be stupid not to. But also I wonder just how long the “thieves” were in possession of the laptops before they had been found stolen? People the damage may already be done. We’ll just have to wait and see what turn up our on the net and on TV.

Hello,

azpatriot, I agree with you.

I suggest the following. A thumb print for access and a retina scan.

Security can never be to tight.

Access to any party info should be kept at the highest level of security not on a hard drive on a lap top.

I consider this a federal crime and should be dealt with on a national security level by the DHS.

Jail time is what I would be giving. I would also set a new example and pull someone's citizenship. Guess whos? Shocked & awe
