Navy Chief:

Would you post this at:

http://www.powerlineblog.com
http://www.michellemalkin.com
http://www.littlegreenfootballs.com

These are hot blog sites and it will be picked up.

I am of course, too disgusted with John Kerry to speak. Admin does not want us using bad language so I leave it to each person's imagination what I think of Kerry and his crew.

Chief:

I have great respect for your integrity in making this post.
There probably aren't that many Americans that are aware of the callousness and cold ambition that Kerry would stoop to in burying POW/MIA information.
Thank you for bringing it to light.
We absolutely must stop Kerry.

How chummy did McCain and Kerry become working on this committee?
He doesn't seem able to support Pres. Bush without adding some questionable comment.

Still very upset and yes angry about all this regarding the POW/MIA issues. Many people don't realize that Russia and other countries were fighting us in Viet Nam and that POW's could be in other countries. Any info Chief?CTW

Is there ANYTHING worth writing off even one captured American?
NO
But, to a pol, a beaurocrat, or a career spook, there are hundreds of things.

The least of which, would probably be if it interfered with a blowjob.

It would be more correct to say they have a definite ideological bias. A bias against your rights-and-rationality-driven thought processes and way of life. Which is a far more dangerous issue.

Here is the text from the NATO agreement that substantiates
NavyChief's assertion regarding full disclosure of information on POW/MIA.

(5) Requirement of full cooperation with united states efforts to obtain the fullest possible accounting of captured and missing united states personnel from past military conflicts or cold war incidents.?Prior to the deposit of the United States instrument of ratification, the President shall certify to Congress that each of the governments of Poland , Hungary, and the Czech Republic are fully cooperating with United States efforts to obtain the fullest possible accounting of captured and missing United States personnel from past military conflicts or Cold War incidents, to include?

(A) facilitating full access to relevant archival material; and

(B) identifying individuals who may possess knowledge relative to captured and missing United States personnel, and encouraging such individuals to speak with United States Government officials.

NavyChief,
If I recall correctly from an earlier post, you are retiring shortly. Have you ever given any thought about writing a book regarding your POW/MIA Commission experiences? I have followed a lot of your threads, and I have to say that your research and writing skills are outstanding, and coupled with your contacts with previous Commission members, you could tell a story that so badly needs to be exposed.

Senator McCain was a pain in the butt for our work. But it was his personality that was driving that. IMHO I seriously doubt McCain would have been a party to this knowing any of the details. I don't believe our office shared this info prior to our attempted trip to get the list. You know how it is in Washington --- secrets last as long as the Congress lunchbreak.

Our evidence at the time indicated at a minimum a handful of Americans were taken to Moscow under the Pilot interrogation program run by the KGB out of Hanoi.

Yes. My retirement ceremony was last week -- I thought about writing a Science Fiction book once Wink We certainly are getting enough information through archival research to write a book.

and you thought you retired !!! ok, you got 1 week to do the writing.... Wink

I haven't read all of your post here Chief, I've been afraid to.... I read the 1st paragraph or so of it.... I had a sinking feeling of what was to come... from your previous posts about working on the commission with Kerry... this a.m. I decided to read p 2 and 3 on this topic and it sounds like it's gonna be as bad as I thought .... I'm working up the courage to read all of your first post here..... I think I might need 911 standing by.... or maybe Kerry will - Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Has your main post here been sent to McCain? If not and it's ok to do that, may I have the privilege - since he is an AZ senator? I think he needs to know what a real friend Kerry is.... Crying or Very sad Mad Crying or Very sad Mad

and is it ok to print it out and pass out to people on the street? like everyone I meet? or see anywhere.... I'll be standing (well, maybe I'll take a lawn chair out and sit) out on my road as everyone drives home from work - waving them to stop and giving them a copy! Crying or Very sad Mad Crying or Very sad
