John F. Kerry plans to ban the display of POW/MIA flags
So the Kerry – Edwards campaign wants to play the rumor game. DNC rumor “Bush plans on bringing back the draft”. Considering the actions of the last 2 DNC presidents I do believe that it is not beyond what they are capable of. 01/1976 President Carter’s first action was to grant amnesty to the draft dodgers. 01/1992 President Clinton’s first action was to allow gays to serve in the armed forces. Even if John Kerry wouldn’t want to suffer the political consequences of a ban on the display of the POW / MIA flags, but on the other hand he might be willing to spend the political capital on finally once and for all get rid of the symbol of the memory of POW/MIA issue.

While I appreciate the "Ironic Sarcasm", it is being taken as True by some Members. I question the need to create issues, where none exsist. It would appear there are more than enough Legitimate Issues upon which to go after Kerry, whithout making things up. _________________ Defender of the honor of those in harms way keeping us out of harms way.

That's right.....The display of the flags implies that there are still MIAs and POWs still unnaccounted for. That offends the countries that might be responsible and we can not have that if we want their respect. |

They want to ban and censor a heckuva lot, don't they? Those who have truth on their side trust that it will overcome every falsehood, and that there is nothing to fear from an open airing of opposition views. In fact, the more you can examine a lie, the better your chances of exposing it.
Kerry's even censoring his own book "The New Soldier". Why? Can't it stand the light of day? |

I missed this one. Can you provide a link? Thanks _________________ The war against terrorism is not that Americans might die rather that we would alter our way of living.
