One of the 527s needs to do an ad focusing on all these attacks (you aren't going to hear about them on the main stream media) and end with something like "If you don't share the values and ethics of these people, why would you think you share the same values, ethics and goals of their candidate?" |

Like I said in another post, I know these have been planned for some time. I sort of work, or shall I say correspond with a Union activist from Washington D.C. (My brother-in-law was killed in a work-related incident). I know he told me about a month ago that he had been personally asked to go to PA or Ohio during October, but he chose Ohio as he has a daughter in school there. So I'm sure that Ohio will be next. He told me this before he knew who I was voting for. We have since had a few rounds of e-mail about our candidates. Of course I get the "you don't know what you are talking about" . I just fire them right back. Little did I know that they meant to get violent in these campaigning endeavors. I'm sure that you will find that those in the other incidents have been organized by the people in DC as well |

The "Nice" wing of the Republican Party just doesn't get it. They persist in thinking of national politics as high school, and of presidential elections as a sort of student council contest.
Unfortunately, even some of us to not get it completely.
For years America has been engaged in a civil war. Not in the sense of 1861-1865, but rather a cold civil war. Arguably it began back in 1966-67, when the first mobs started taking to the streets, and it has gone on ever since, though with periods of detente. It is now heating up again, and if Kerry and his thugs win,we can expect to see more of this, along with attempts to disarm and repress us.
The American Civil War was not really a civil war, since it was between two fairly clearly demarcated geographic areas, each with its own organized government and army. a real civil war is more like what happened recently in the Balkans --- or in Spain 1936-1939, where the sides were completely intermixed, and there were no neatly demarcated line until after eachside had cleaned out the enemy pockets and set up a control over "its own" territory. For the extent to how far this could go, consult James Dale Davidson's "Blood in the Streets" and "The Great Reckoning". The one thing that might prevent these tragic scenarios is the fact that most Americans are passive and uncommitted to anything beyond their "tunes" and the lobotomy box. _________________ Hating John Kerry continuously since 1971.
