Fan-tastic! Loved it when he asked Charlie Gibson if he needs wood.
I don't think the libs get it that when he'd just being himself, he hits it out of the park, and when Kerry is being himself, he gives dorks a bad name. |

I believe that any stock that Bush owns has to be in a blind trust to remove any posability of conflict of interest therefore he would most likley not know that he owned any wood. _________________ 6 Year Navy |

Actually........LOL
Some timber company donated like 86.00 to the Bush campaign.
I read somewhere...online... that the rumor started at some website called FARK. And that apparently Kerry believed it and used it. I haven't been to that website and don't particularly want to seeings how it's most likely pro-Kerry.
It wasn't on factcheck.org. There hasn't been anything posted on there since 10/6.
God Bless President Bush for a Job Well Done! _________________ www.misspatriot.blogspot.com |

It is on factcheck.org and there is extensive discussion of this in the debate thread of the main forum (starting about page 2.
Speaking of factcheck and its seeming elevation to the mountain peak from which it dispenses all truths, I e-mailed it right after the VP debate and cited Edward's assertion that "troops on the ground in Iraq" pay a higher federal income tax rate than do the rich on dividends (15%). Folks in a combat zone have ALL income excluded from income tax liability (at least enlisted do; I am not sure if there is a cap on officer exclusion as there was in 'Nam but recall reading somewhere that cap had been lifted).
A zero rate isn't higher than a 15% rate so Edwards lied. As of my last check factcheck hasn't cited it.
Factcheck is run by Brooks Jackson, a former MSM reporter. Caution. _________________ Retired USN Capt.; Market Time vicinity ChuLai 6/67-2/68; Maddox 8/64 Tonkin Gulf; NGFS I Corps 6-12/65; Saigon evac. 4/75. |
