Lew-

Carry on with the foot to the neck. I agree.

I think California is being purposely ignored and much more likely to be in play that we are led to believe.

It is not out of the question.

IMHO.

I will be bold enough to make this semi-prediction. If the networks are able to call OH, PA and FL for W right away (or maybe even OH and FL alone), its gonna suppress a lot of the Dem vote on the west coast, and probably sway voting undecideds to "get on the winning team". This could cause CA to be very close indeed. And would seal Daschhole's fate as well.

Don't be too sure about a Kerry win, the Republica Party has registered lots of Republicans and even managed to get a Republican back as Governor.

This was in August 16 to 18

http://sandiego.reelectbushin2004.com/docfile/CA040819pressen.pdf

TODAY IT'S KERRY-EDWARDS 49%, BUSH-CHENEY 46%. BUSH LEADS BY 11 AMONG MEN. KERRY
LEADS BY 16 AMONG WOMEN. BUSH UP 21 PTS IN CENTRAL VALLEY, UP 23 PTS IN INLAND
EMPIRE. KERRY UP 25 PTS IN BAY AREA, UP 16 PTS IN GREATER LOS ANGELES.

Interesting, I heard a much bigger lead for Kerry in Greater LA... something like 35 points. If its only 16, W does indeed have an outside chance.

I keep hearing about there being "No contest" out here. EVERYONE knows CA will go blue. Boxer has no serious competition. Strangest thing, though. County maps show the state is 90% red! And those red counties will vote no matter how the East Coast is reported to be doing. The recall and Ahnold's election still have people fired up. Wouldn't it be funny if CA went red and Boxer got bounced? Long shot but not as long as made out to be.

Don't do French, but to let you know Calilfornia (used to live there) has been in my heart for the last several weeks and have been praying diligently, I only found one person who would agree with me for this. No one believed me in 2000 while standing in Austin waiting and when they called Florida for Gore I told them it was going back to Bush and everyone around me laughed and said it had never been done and wouldn't be done this time, so I politely got down on my knees in the middle of the crowd and the next thing I heard was screams OMG they gave it back to Bush.

I am not saying this with that kind of confidence, just saying it has been on my heart and a very large prayer focus.

We ask now make California RED RED RED RED and they will be in Shocked Shocked and we will be Very Happy Very Happy Laughing Laughing

Hubby still has family living in the LA area. He's been working on the to vote Republican for awhile. This year his mother says she's voting for George W. Bush.

I guess there's still hope for California go wake up and realize that the Democrats are not their friend.

Le Français est en effet une belle langue, même lorsque parlant de la merde.

Quant au Français eux-mêmes : fornicate ils.

I took French for years. You know what makes it really fun? Speak French with a Texas twang. Makes the Frenchies just pee in their pants. Or these days, in their burk-aahhs. My French teachers never appreciated it much, either. And what was weird was that I had never even been to Texas yet. I guess I was just destined to be a Texan.

Anyway, good for you twicearound. My bruddah still resides in California and he has worked so hard for B/C 04 there. And prayer definitely changes things! There are no lost causes in God's camp.

Translation: My wife is French, and I went to France this summer. The media lies to them, and I opened quite a few of their eyes talking about bribes from Saddam to French diplomats.

French President Charles de Gaulle: "The French are misguided calves".

Tonight, Victory! (it rhymes in French)

We have two liberal Senators (both from SF), and the Gropinator is a RINO, which is better than nothing. No chance on Kahleeforneah going red. JMO.

Kurt

PS It sucks that my Prez vote doesn't count. Makes me want to register in Ohio Very Happy .
