I agree with Sleepless in Seattle, Collin Powel does offer some unique pesonal character traits that bring a useful advantage to any group he participates in. He's perceptive and shrewd in a way that's not often easily discerened by his opponents. He doesn't guess at things. When he says something, his statements are based upon rock solid facts. You can't really argue with him without risking the possibility of making a fool out of your self. Smile
