Fellow Prayer Warriors,

This has been an awe inspiring experience for me too. Being able to fellowship with all of you has given me great hope for this country. It humbles and gratifies me to know that people like you are my fellow Americans. I am so proud to live in the same country with you. This is the third election that I have really made a point to fervently pray for and of the three it is the one that has deepened my faith the most. I know that our work is not done. We have started the country moving in the right direction, we have narrowed the gap between our nation and God, but I know that there is still more to be done. I know that our prayers made a huge difference. I know that these veterans planted seeds and our prayers helped them sprout roots and grow. I knew the story about the mustard seed, grew up hearing it, but I had never seen it put into action. Just know that Ohio is a red state today because our prayers
were heard and God touched the hearts of the faithful in Ohio and they turned out to vote in droves for His faithful servant. Yes, the opponent had Rock the Vote, but we Voted on the Rock! We voted as God would have wanted, while they were building their houses upon the sand we were standing firm on the Rock. They cannot understand it, because "there are none so blind than those who will not see." God bless all of you. A grateful nation thanks you. My love goes out to each one of you. Now let's go do great things!

May the peace which passes all understanding be yours today.

Grace and Love to all of you and if I may be so bold as to quote our President, "May God continue to bless America!"

God's might and right prevailed over evil and wickedness. I thank the Swifties so much for their part in defeating John Kerry. It is a time for healing and now to turn our attention to Fallujah and Iran. The oil prices will probably go down now that the uncertainty is no longer there --this will aid our economic boon about to happen--put some money in the stock market. Also, there may be as many as 4 Supreme Court Justices retiring this term and Bush will choose them, Praise God!

Dearest God.

I am not an evangelical, yet I pay heed to you in my own special ways. You have answered my prayers and given me more faith in choosing someone that has seen multiple prayers carrying through the years.

Thank God for listening to my prayers and summons for people tp realize what kind of disaster we were about to walk into..

Lord, thank you for opening the hearts and minds of the undecided voter and those who initially opposed your faithful servant, George W. Bush, thank you for deigning that George W. Bush be re-elected President of the United States. My promise to honor your Blessed Mother will be made in the coming year. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity. Amen.

The work is not over. The race has not been won. An entire generation has been influenced by John Kerry and his anti-war protests. There are many on this board who see the need for the fight to continue.

I ask God to watch over and sustain those who fight on. I ask for guidance, council, wisdom and support in the days and weeks ahead. I ask for protection and courage for those who continue the fight. I ask that justice be done, and healing be poured out for the Veterans and their families. I ask that we might be instruments of God's work in our country and in the world.

Received a Prayer Alert from my Intercessory group on line.

Pray and fast when you can for President Bush and family for protection in the coming days up to and through the inaguaration.

Surround our President and be his rear guard, no weapon formed against him shall prosper, Your plans for him are for good and not calamity. Encircle him with angels of protection. Encircle him with our prayers. God save our President and family.

I don't care if her husband was John Kerry's running mate, or that she made some inopportune statements on the campaign trail...I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone....

Prayers for healing for Elizabeth Edwards, and prayers for strength for her family....

Elizabeth Edwards diagnosed with breast cancer
Former candidate's wife delayed appointment for campaign

WASHINGTON - Elizabeth Edwards, wife of former Democratic vice presidential candidate John Edwards, was diagnosed with breast cancer the day her husband and Sen. John Kerry conceded the presidential race.

Spokesman David Ginsberg said Elizabeth Edwards, 55, discovered a lump in her right breast while on a campaign trip last week. Her family doctor told her Friday that it appeared to be cancerous and advised her to see a specialist when she could.

In times of difficulty it does one good to pray but there are many different ways of praying. I think that the most important thing to consider when praying is what the Rabbis call "KAVAVAH". It means, in Hebrew, both focus and intent. If you have a proper focus and intent then any thing you do can be a form of prayer. And I do mean "ANYTHING".
For me, working in my garden is a prayer. That's why I always have such a lovely garden and all of my neighbors are always comming by to admire it. My work there is an expression of my love for GOD as is anyhthing else I do whether it be washing up the dishes after a meal or any such mundane task as house cleaning.
In ancient times, God was central to a mans life. That was true even of the Pagans. But today, people have lost that contact with the Divine in the ordinary every day things of their lives. They are always so busy running around chasing what ever it is they are pursuing often with out thought as to where they are going in the end of things. So it's easy to get lost and become confused and sometimes blinded to the real miracle of their mere existence.
To be a JEW means to live your life with an attitude of reverence and gratitude. This is implicit in the name YEHUDAH which comes from the Hebrew verb root L'HODOT meaning to give thanks. We have a prayer we say upon awakening from sleep in the morning:

Modei ani l'fanecha Melech chai ve kiam
she chazarta bi nishmati b'chemlah
rabah emunatecha

I give thanks before you oh King living and eternal
that you have returned my soul to me in loving kindness
Great is your faithfulness

You don't have to be a Jew according to Halacha (Jewish religious law)
God doesn't care about the package or the manner of its labeling. What God does care about is the quality of the contents of the package. Your character and integrity as an individual. When Jesus said,"I am the way, the truth and the light", he meant, "I am the example for you to follow and only if you follow the example that I set will you inherit the world to come." You don't even have to be a Christian to live by Jesus example. Any one can do it, even an atheist.
I think it important to remember that God loves you simply because you are you, a unique being in the world. You don't have to be a rocket scientist or a great physician or even the President of the United States to be important in Gods eyes. You are important to God simply because you exist. If you remember that, you will never be alone in the world

The work is not done - the prayers are still needed....

For our troops in Fallujah and elsewhere - protection and strength.

For our President and our leaders - wisdom, courage, compassion, strength and humility.

For the families and friends of our military men and women - strength and courage.

For those who still seek to let the world know the truth about John Kerry - protection, wisdom, patience and insight.

Thanks for the reminder, and remember to pray for our President's protection, seeing the vile hatred being pushed by the MSM, his safety has been on my heart and up to the inaguration in particular. No weapon formed against him shall prosper. Father we trust in You to complete what you have started in our nation, reclaiming the nation You founded.

Help us not to get lazy or forgetful, a baby has been born in a sense and our prayers and actions will help it grow and bring to life Your promises and desires for our nation and our President. Thank you for the honor to participate in this great mission. Give mercy and grace to all of us to do Your will and we stand in the gap for President Bush and all that matters to him. Arise O God and let his enemies be exposed and scattered. Father we also pray that the things hidden by Kerry and his ilk be exposed for the sake of our country and our servicemen and women. Give the men and women working on this wisdom and show them things they know not and speak to the hearts of the silent that they speak up.

Thank you Lord for all you have done and for all our friends here.
