Megalomaniac? doesn't even begin to cover it
OMG...
she is too pathetic for words...
Cindy calls the Moms who don't agree with her “murder and mayhem Moms”
from her blog at the Huffington Post
emphasis mine
Quote: | Camp Casey, Day 20
I finally figured out George Bush's NEW reason for staying in Iraq. This reason has also been co-opted by the Move America Forward and the poor mothers who would be honored if their sons were killed in George Bush's war for greed and power.
Since the Freedom and Democracy thing is not going so well and the Iraqi parliament is having such a hard time writing their constitution, since violence is mounting against Iraqis and Americans and since his poll numbers are going down everyday, he had to come up with something.
I have continually asked George Bush to quit using Casey's name and the names of the other Gold Star Families for Peace loved ones to justify his continued killing. He continues to say this: "We have to honor the sacrifices of the fallen by completing the mission." So the mission is now this: WE MUST CONTINUE KILLING AMERICANS BECAUSE AMERICANS HAVE ALREADY BEEN KILLED!!!
How can anyone, anyone in their right minds support this line of reasoning? I have been silent on the Gold Star Moms who still support this man and his war by saying that they deserve the right to their opinions because they are in as much pain as I am. I would challenge them, though, at this point to start thinking for themselves. Iraq DID NOT have WMD; Iraq WAS NOT linked to Al Qaeda and 9/11; Iraq WAS NOT a threat or danger to America.
How can these moms who still support George Bush and his insane war in Iraq want more innocent blood shed just because their sons or daughters have been killed?
I don't understand it. I don't understand how any mother could want another mother to feel the pain we feel. I am starting to lose a little compassion for them. I know they have been as brainwashed as the rest of America, but they know the pain and heartache and they should not wish it on another. However, I still feel their pain so acutely and pray for these "continue the murder and mayhem" moms to see the light. |
here's a quote from Day 18
Quote: | For Casey to even join the Army, let alone being killed in battle was the thing that was most uncharacteristic of him. He was a gentle and kind soul who only wanted to help others.

It was uncharacteristic for Casey to join? He did it TWICE! He RE-enlisted after the war started.... _________________ .

I believe the last words he said before he left the barracks to join in helping some stranded peeps was "where my chief goes, I go"
So he was helping others, besides that is exactly what our military is doing over in Iraq. _________________ "An activist is the person who cleans up the water, not the one claiming its dirty."

Munchausen's Disease?
A mother raising her own self-importance by poisoning her child, then basks in the attention and admiration she receives for the burden she is carrying.
Cindy is poisoning the true honor of her son's CHOICE to defend our liberties by re-enlisting, she diminishes his valor and heroism by insisting that he died for nothing.
Thus she takes the attention away from the honoring of her son and puts all the attention on HERSELF and HER loss. Thus Cindys 'grief' has become MORE important than her son, the HERO. _________________ “I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. ‘Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death.” (Thomas Paine, 1776) |

Once you're dead and gone I guess you can't reach out and shut somebody up but I bet he's wanting to.
Cindy Sheehan.......the shame of this decade.
Maybe a steady stream of people putting flowers on Casey's grave in appreciation would get her attention but I doubt it.
